Job Overview
As a Customer Solutions Architect at dbt Labs, you will play a crucial role in helping customers maximize the value of their dbt Cloud deployment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring account health, leading technical discussions, and showcasing how dbt Cloud can address customer needs through demos and workshops. You will also act as the voice of the customer internally, guiding product development and ensuring customer satisfaction for renewals and expansions.

Responsibilities
- • Manage a portfolio of Commercial or Enterprise customers
- • Monitor account health, product adoption, and utilization
- • Build and maintain relationships with key technical stakeholders
- • Educate customers on new and existing products and features
- • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects
- • Participate in product discussions and help improve processes
- • Create and deliver external facing content
