Responsibilities
- • Lead the design and implementation of production-ready RAG systems

- • Drive product strategy and provide technical roadmaps
- • Design and implement sophisticated vector search solutions
- • Optimize LLM performance and establish MLOps best practices
- • Mentor junior engineers in AI/ML best practices
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
