8+ years of backend engineering experience and 4+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning systems
Responsibilities
- • Lead the design and implementation of production-ready RAG systems integrating with backend infrastructure
- • Architect multi-agent AI systems within platform constraints
- • Drive product strategy with accurate work estimations and technical roadmaps
- • Design and implement sophisticated vector search solutions
- • Lead LLM fine-tuning initiatives for specific business domains
- • Design user feedback systems for continuous improvement
- • Optimize LLM performance and reliability in production
- • Establish MLOps best practices for model monitoring
- • Mentor junior engineers in AI/ML best practices
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
