• • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient data architectures
• • Drive strategic initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies in data collection and processing workflows
• • Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and lead planning of technical initiatives
• • Design and implement data observability practices, including monitoring systems
• • Work with engineers to design efficient data storage and collection systems
• • Champion innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies and best practices
• • Mentor data engineers and promote best practices
