Job Overview
As a Customer Solutions Architect I at dbt Labs, you will play a crucial role in helping customers maximize the value of their dbt Cloud deployment. This position involves leading technical discussions, understanding customer analytics needs, and enhancing customer satisfaction through education on product features. You will collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects, acting as the voice of the customer internally to ensure the product meets their needs.

Experience Level
1+ years in a post-sales role, such as a technical account manager or CSE, or as a data practitioner
Responsibilities
- • Manage a portfolio of Commercial or Enterprise customers and monitor account health
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders
- • Educate customers on new and existing dbt Cloud products and features
- • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects
- • Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions
- • Participate in knowledge loop to improve processes and assets
- • Create and deliver external facing content
