Job Overview

CaptivateIQ is seeking a Sr. Manager for Customer Data Engineering to lead a distributed team responsible for ensuring timely and accurate insights into customer incentive compensation. This role emphasizes collaboration, high trust culture, and scaling the organization in Europe, while leveraging innovative technologies to solve complex problems in sales performance management.

Responsibilities

  • • Lead, inspire, and grow a distributed data engineering team.
  • • Develop engineering talent through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
  • • Own the end-to-end delivery and operational excellence of customer data integrations.
  • • Design and implement customer data integrations using IPaaS platforms.
  • • Write and optimize advanced SQL to power analytics and automation.
  • • Build and maintain software for orchestration of customer data integrations.
  • • Ensure customer integrations are secure, testable, fault-tolerant, and maintainable.
  • • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Product on technical feasibility and data architecture.
  • • Build relationships with product engineering for scalability of customer data integrations.
  • • Translate customer business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
  • • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
