Job Overview

Kizen is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementations of its next-gen AI platform. The role involves scoping, architecting solutions, managing timelines, and leading a technical implementation team to deliver tailored solutions for complex workflows in insurance and healthcare. The ideal candidate will work closely with the VP of Customer Success to ensure successful project outcomes and accelerate time-to-value for clients.

Responsibilities

• • Lead implementation of healthcare-specific solutions including CRM, data pipelines, and automation workflows.
• • Design, scope, and manage end-to-end projects—from intake through go-live.
• • Ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling and security practices.
• • Oversee a cross-functional implementation team and allocate resources effectively.
• • Resolve technical blockers—leveraging APIs, SQL, Python, and ETL tools as needed.
• • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Support, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations and ensuring solution fit.
• • Drive documentation, internal tooling, and process improvements to support future scalability.
