The role involves fostering a culture of collaboration and high trust while ensuring the delivery of reliable and secure user-facing systems. The Engineering Manager will partner with the Engineering Director to shape the team's culture and growth in Europe.

- • Own end-to-end delivery and operational excellence of the team's portfolio
- • Partner with cross-functional leaders to set vision and prioritize roadmaps
- • Provide technical leadership and direction for architectural decisions
- • Establish and uphold rigorous engineering standards and best practices
- • Champion inclusive practices for effective collaboration across time zones
- • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
