Responsibilities
- • Recruit, inspire, manage and grow a team of software engineers
- • Serve as a tech lead/manager while delivering on smaller functionality as an individual contributor
- • Design, build, and maintain user-facing components, APIs, services, and systems
- • Mentor the professional development of each engineer
- • Work closely with product owners to set priorities and clarify direction for the engineering team
- • Build and evangelize best practices and continuously improve codebases and team processes
- • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support
