Responsibilities
- • Transforming client needs into powerful solutions using our low-code platform
- • Guiding clients through the entire deployment journey from kickoff to go-live
- • Working with APIs, automation tools, and data pipelines to build integrations
- • Cleaning and transforming data to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- • Delivering hands-on training to clients
- • Continuously identifying areas to improve processes using data insights
- • Tracking tasks, reporting progress, and clearing blockers
- • Becoming a trusted advisor to clients
