Responsibilities
- • Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services from inception to refinement
- • Analyze ITSM activities and provide feedback on operational gaps
- • Support services before they go live through system design consulting
- • Maintain services by measuring and monitoring system health
- • Scale systems sustainably through automation and implement reliability improvements
- • Support application CI/CD pipeline and lead DevOps automation best practices
- • Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems
- • Connect the dots during production events to optimize recovery time
- • Mentor junior resources
