Job Overview
As a Solutions Engineer at Kandji, you will serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert on Apple device management for prospects, internal teams, and customers. Your role involves delivering product demonstrations, collaborating with Sales and Success teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and influencing product direction based on customer feedback. This position requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to shape product enhancements and foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
- • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical deep-dives
- • Collaborate with Sales and Success teams during sales cycles and customer onboarding
- • Serve as a second- and third-level escalation point for technical issues
- • Act as the customer's voice within Kandji to influence product direction
- • Assist in refining internal processes and onboarding experiences
- • Stay current on Apple platform developments and MDM standards
