Job Overview
As a Solutions Engineer at Kandji, you will serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert on Apple device management, bridging the gap between Sales, Success, Product, and Support teams. Your role will involve delivering technical demonstrations, advising on solutions, and influencing product direction based on customer feedback, while maintaining technical mastery in Apple device management.
Technical Requirements
Required Skills
- • Technical expertise in managing Apple devices
- • Proficiency in scripting and command-line interface (CLI)
Preferred Skills
- • Experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant
- • Hands-on exposure to multiple MDM solutions
Experience Level
3+ years in a technical capacity related to Apple device management
Responsibilities
- • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical deep-dives
- • Collaborate with Sales and Success teams during sales cycles and onboarding
- • Serve as a second- and third-level escalation point for technical issues
- • Relay customer feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams
- • Assist in refining internal processes and onboarding experiences
- • Stay current on Apple platform developments and MDM standards
