Technical Requirements

Responsibilities

• • Lead end-to-end development of key features and services across the stack
• • Build and maintain performant APIs using Django and Django REST Framework
• • Design efficient data models and optimize queries in Postgres
• • Create seamless, responsive frontend interfaces with React, Svelte, and SvelteKit
• • Collaborate closely with product, design, operations, and founders to scope, implement, and ship features
• • Make technical decisions around architecture, frameworks, testing, and deployment
• • Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code
• • Perform thoughtful code reviews and mentor teammates
• • Optimize for performance, scalability, and maintainability at every level
