• • Lead, inspire, and grow multiple distributed software engineering teams.
• • Develop engineering talent through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• • Own the end-to-end delivery and operational excellence of the teams' portfolio.
• • Partner with Product, Design, and other leaders to set vision and prioritize roadmaps.
• • Provide technical leadership and direction for architectural decisions.
• • Establish rigorous engineering standards and QA processes.
• • Champion inclusive practices for effective collaboration across time zones.
• • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
