Technical Requirements

Responsibilities

• • Ensure smooth development by keeping developers enabled, informed, and unblocked
• • Build and maintain healthy and supportive relationships with team members while driving excellence
• • Clearly communicate deliverables and any timeline changes with stakeholders
• • Troubleshoot technical issues and create resolution plans
• • Mentor engineers to strengthen their skills
• • Evaluate and recommend process modifications
• • Encourage full participation in development processes
• • Lead scrums and agile ceremonies
• • Partner with QA manager on release shepherding
• • Field support escalations and triage errors
• • Conduct UAT on technical features
