Technical Requirements

Responsibilities

• • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the application and how various components interact
• • Write and maintain high-quality technical documentation including API use-case examples, developer guides, tutorials, integration guides, release notes, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides
• • Create marketing content aimed at a technical audience, such as white papers, technical case studies, and blog posts
• • Manage and organize documentation within chosen documentation platforms and content management systems
• • Stay informed about the latest platform updates and industry trends in technical communication
