Job Overview

At Zoom, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Systems/Lab Administrator with experience in test automation to join our engineering team. In this hybrid role, you will manage our testing lab infrastructure, support system configuration, and ensure the stability and scalability of test environments. Collaborating closely with test automation and DevOps engineers, you will extend automated testing frameworks and pipelines to deliver reliable and secure products to our users.

Technical Requirements

Required Skills

Experience Level

3+ years of lab and system administration experience

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain physical and virtual test environments
• Manage lab hardware including provisioning and troubleshooting
• Ensure system and network reliability, security, and performance
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Automate environment setup, system updates, and lab tasks

Compensation: $87,600.00 - $186,000.00 plus bonus and equity value
