Egnyte is seeking a motivated individual for an Internship as a Corporate Security Engineer in Poznań, Poland. The role involves learning and growing alongside experienced team members, contributing to the security posture of Egnyte's cloud services. Interns will engage in proactive threat detection, vulnerability management, and the implementation of robust security controls within a dynamic team environment.
Technical Requirements
Required Skills
- • Ability to read and write simple scripts in Python
- • Solid foundation in Computer Science
- • Familiarity with application security frameworks
Preferred Skills
- • Good English skills (B1/B2)
- • Interest in advancing professional social skills
Experience Level
Active University student status is preferred
Responsibilities
- • Learn by immersion alongside experienced Team Members
- • Identify and remediate security risks to improve Egnyte’s Cloud Security Posture
- • Utilize state-of-the-art cloud security tools to contribute to our understanding of cloud security principles
- • Contribute to our Infrastructure, Configuration, and Policy as a Code codebase
- • Work closely with the DevOps Teams to implement and maintain necessary security checks throughout the SDLC
