Job Overview

As a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer at Cloudflare, you will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. This role requires deep product knowledge to help Enterprise customers maximize their use of the Cloudflare platform. You will collaborate with various teams to develop scalable solutions and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Technical Requirements

  • • Understanding of OSI model
  • • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2)
Experience Level

At least 8 years of relevant experience in post-sales customer relationship management

Responsibilities

  • • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Enterprise customers
  • • Deliver timely and organized onboarding for customers
  • • Provide proactive technical guidance across all products
  • • Collaborate with Customer Support and Engineering to assist with technical escalations
  • • Identify opportunities for expansion for existing customers
  • • Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities within the CSE organization
