Responsibilities
- • Work with other Engineering leaders to build scalable, maintainable software
- • Partner with the product team to design feasible features and create consumable tickets
- • Collaborate with the Frontend Engineering Team to ensure backend support
- • Craft elegant, reliable, and scalable code
- • Write tests to ensure codebase stability
- • Troubleshoot technical issues and create resolution plans
- • Mentor engineers to strengthen their skills
- • Evaluate and recommend process modifications
- • Conduct regular code audits for improvement
