Job Overview
The Associate IT Systems Specialist will serve as the initial point of contact for all IT infrastructure for offices across the organization. This role involves engaging with the IT Team to support users, optimize system uptime, and manage desktops and machines for all users, primarily focusing on end-user or IT support. This is a hybrid position based out of the company's HQ in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities
- • Provide first line technical support to internal users
- • Monitor, manage, and administer network, end-point & security devices
- • Handle computer support, setup and user on- and off-boarding
- • Support VoIP phone systems
- • Provide Google Workplace and Office 365 support
- • Participate in Security & Privacy operational reviews
- • Service authorization requests as assigned
- • Maintain support relationships with outsourced services and vendors
- • Evaluate and recommend improvements to IT processes
- • Automate internal processes using scripting languages and similar tools
- • Continuous tool evaluation to align with best practices and innovation
- • Logs, alerts and event response
- • Other duties as assigned
