• • Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution

• • Refactor data system to scale with increased volume and new requirements
• • Build new data pipelines to support tracking of new business initiatives
• • Champion usage of new tools and systems to improve team processes
• • Improve prediction accuracy of customer acquisition machine-learning algorithms
• • Perform customer segmentation analysis to enhance Insurify products
• • Improve alerting systems to manage data quality issues at scale
