Responsibilities

• • Deliver high-quality solutions with minimal oversight
• • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve product ambiguities
• • Design and architect new features in partnership with engineering and product teams
• • Validate customer needs and ship rapid MVPs
• • Ensure quality in software deliverables
• • Instrument and deploy new product experiments with a data-driven approach
• • Monitor and resolve production issues for services owned by the team
