Job Overview
CaptivateIQ is seeking a Professional Services Architect to join their Customer Experience – Professional Services Team. This role involves designing and delivering complex, high-impact solutions for key customers, transforming messy data and unique compensation plans into scalable models. The architect will act as a technical Subject Matter Expert and collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to influence product and delivery outcomes.

Experience Level
6+ years total experience, including 4+ years in ICM/SPM modeling and delivery
Responsibilities
- • Lead the entire project lifecycle for complex implementations, including discovery, design, build, testing, and launch.
- • Architect and build scalable calculation models in CaptivateIQ, owning model quality, performance, and long-term hygiene.
- • Translate unique customer plan requirements into efficient, repeatable system configurations.
- • Serve as the technical escalation point on internal and partner-led projects.
- • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- • Contribute to the team by developing best practices, templates, and standards.
