Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Overview

Kandji is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to build the TPM function from the ground up. This role will involve defining processes, creating systems, and developing dashboards to enhance decision-making and streamline delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to drive complex technical initiatives and support the adoption of AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• • Bootstrap the TPM function by defining processes and tooling.
• • Architect scalable frameworks for cross-product planning and risk management.
• • Drive end-to-end execution of complex technical initiatives.
• • Engage with Engineering and Product for technical collaboration.
• • Partner with teams to scope and deliver ML/AI capabilities.
• • Report progress and surface risks to executive leadership.
• • Provide structured recommendations and support decision-making.
