Scythe is seeking a Field Robotics Engineer to join their Field Service team, focusing on troubleshooting and maintaining a fleet of autonomous robots aimed at transforming landscape maintenance. This role involves hands-on support, process development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the health and uptime of the fleet. The position is hybrid-remote, requiring occasional travel to customer deployment sites across the U.S.

- • Create real-time monitoring strategies for fleet health
- • Develop standard work procedures and troubleshooting documentation
- • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for fleet assessment
- • Create and manage dashboards to measure fleet health metrics
