Job Overview
dbt Labs is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect II in Austin, Texas, to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement with dbt Cloud deployments. This role involves managing existing customer accounts, leading technical discussions, and ensuring that clients derive maximum value from their analytics solutions. The position is integral to the early Customer Solutions Architect team and requires collaboration with sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and improve processes.
Technical Requirements

Experience Level
3+ years in a post-sales role, such as a technical account manager or data practitioner
Responsibilities
- • Manage a portfolio of Commercial or Enterprise customers and monitor account health and product utilization
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders within customer accounts
- • Educate customers on new and existing products and features of dbt Cloud
- • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects for customer lifecycle management
- • Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions and cross-functional activities
- • Create and deliver content through live events, blog posts, or tutorials
