Job Overview
dbt Labs is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect II to help customers maximize their dbt Cloud deployment. This role involves engaging with clients to address data challenges and enhance product adoption, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving renewal and expansion. The successful candidate will act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to improve product offerings and internal processes.

Experience Level
2+ years in a post-sales role, such as a technical account manager or customer success engineer
Responsibilities
- • Manage a portfolio of Commercial or Enterprise customers
- • Monitor account health and product adoption
- • Build relationships with key technical stakeholders
- • Educate customers on new and existing products
- • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects
- • Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions
- • Create and deliver external facing content
