CaptivateIQ is seeking a Data Architect to join their Integration Solutions team. This remote, full-time position focuses on building and supporting integrations between the CaptivateIQ platform and critical external systems. The role is customer-facing and involves implementation rather than core product engineering, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy translating technical capabilities into practical solutions for business challenges.

Experience Level
4+ years of hands-on integration experience, including design, implementation, and support
Responsibilities
- • Lead end-to-end implementation of advanced integrations, including scoping, buildout, and post-launch support
- • Serve as a subject matter expert for integration escalations from Support, CS, and other CX teams
- • Partner with Sales, Presales, Product, and Engineering on discovery, scoping, and continuous improvement
- • Troubleshoot SSO, SCIM, and system-based integrations directly with customers
- • Set up automations and native connectors as needed
- • Contribute to documentation, knowledge-sharing, and scalable best practices
- • Stay current with product changes, enhance internal tooling, and continuously improve delivery
- • Script and automate manual workflows to drive repeatability and efficiency
