Responsibilities
- • Lead end-to-end implementation of advanced integrations
- • Serve as a subject matter expert for integration escalations
- • Partner with Sales, Presales, Product, and Engineering teams
- • Troubleshoot SSO, SCIM, and system-based integrations
- • Set up automations and native connectors
- • Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing
- • Stay current with product changes and enhance internal tooling
- • Script and automate manual workflows
