Technical Requirements

Responsibilities

• • Lead end-to-end implementation of advanced integrations
• • Serve as a subject matter expert for integration escalations
• • Partner with Sales, Presales, Product, and Engineering on discovery and scoping
• • Troubleshoot SSO, SCIM, and system-based integrations directly with customers
• • Set up automations and native connectors as needed
• • Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing
• • Stay current with product changes and enhance internal tooling
• • Script and automate manual workflows
