Job Overview

CaptivateIQ is looking for a Professional Services Architect for Accounting and Reporting to support their Professional Services team in building complex solutions for customers. This role requires a skilled architect who can design and implement end-to-end solutions for incentive payments and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards while providing high-quality modeling. The position offers the chance to work collaboratively with Engineering and Product teams to influence outcomes in a growing organization.

Technical Requirements

Responsibilities

• • Lead the project lifecycle for complex implementations.
• • Architect and build scalable calculation models in CaptivateIQ.
• • Serve as the technical and accounting escalation point on projects.
• • Develop and maintain compliance-aligned best practices.
• • Translate unique customer requirements into efficient system configurations.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
• • Contribute to best practices and standards for modeling and delivery.
