- • Deep dive investigations into data for decision making
- • Develop reporting suite through BI tools and technology stack
- • Create strategies to identify and prevent fraud
- • Develop machine learning models and policies
- • Proactively identify new opportunities
- • Challenge existing KPIs, objectives, and strategies
- • Communicate complex data concepts effectively
- • Build relationships with Data Science, Technology, Finance, Collections, Ops, and other stakeholders
