dbt Labs is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to support its dbt Cloud customers as the first line of defense. This role involves building technical expertise, engaging with customers through various communication channels, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring team members to enhance customer retention and usage of dbt Cloud.

Experience Level
3+ years of experience troubleshooting SaaS applications, REST APIs, and SAML-based authentication
Responsibilities
- • Learn dbt Core and dbt Cloud and build technical expertise across all areas of the product
- • Engage with customers through tickets, emails, and video conferences, upholding Support SLAs
- • Own customer issues from end to end, including troubleshooting, reproducing, and finding resolutions
- • Actively coach and mentor other team members
- • Contribute to documentation with a focus on technical accuracy and clear communication
