Technical Requirements

Responsibilities

• • Continuously monitor delinquencies in customer portfolios, proactively identifying risks and trends.
• • Optimize credit management with an analytical and strategic approach using tools like A/B testing and automated workflows.
• • Design and implement recovery strategies that balance financial efficiency with excellent customer experience.
• • Develop and maintain tracking reports (BI reporting) and models for bad debt provisioning.
• • Act as a point of escalation for sensitive cases or complex claims.
• • Oversee and coordinate relationships with external recovery agencies or legal firms, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• • Negotiate with clients to establish sustainable payment plans.
• • Collaborate with internal teams to prevent incidents and strengthen the customer lifecycle from a risk perspective.
