dbt Labs is seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of scalable, high-impact applications and services. This role requires collaboration across teams and full-stack development to enhance the usability and performance of our analytics engineering platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in building SaaS platforms, and will play a key role in defining technical direction and mentoring other engineers.

- • Define and drive best practices in testing, observability, and system reliability.
- • Mentor engineers across the company, fostering technical growth and collaboration.
