Kandji is seeking an Engineering Manager to design and build core services for their web application with a focus on security and scalability. The successful candidate will empower teams to deliver large-scale, mission-critical enterprise software, while collaborating closely with other departments to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Technical Requirements

Responsibilities

• • Lead a team of engineers in shipping high-quality code.
• • Understand and report on progress and pacing of initiatives.
• • Create a collaborative work environment that fosters innovation and respect.
• • Contribute to the organization’s vision around security, quality, and clean code.
• • Share knowledge through code reviews, mentorship, and technical talks.
• • Collaborate with Design and Product teams for roadmap definition.
• • Identify and evangelize opportunities to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
• • Facilitate agile meetings and take on the scrum master role.
