Alloy is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Transaction Monitoring to join our Professional Services organization. This role is integral to client success, responsible for delivering technical solutions, managing post-sales relationships, and overseeing client implementations. The ideal candidate will be both highly technical and a skilled relationship builder, collaborating with various teams to ensure Alloy's products meet client needs effectively.

5+ years experience implementing and supporting complex technical products
Responsibilities
- • Acting as the technical lead on Transaction Monitoring client implementations
- • Conducting technical and architectural overviews of client needs
- • Managing the transaction monitoring rule-building process
- • Integrating Alloy's API into applications
- • Running end-to-end testing to meet client requirements
- • Mentoring other Solutions Architects on Transaction Monitoring implementations
- • Supporting the development of client reporting and technical documentation
- • Serving as liaison between Product, Engineering, and Professional Services
