Job Overview
Alloy is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Transaction Monitoring to support client success and deliver technical solutions. This role involves managing post-sales client relationships, presenting product fits, and proposing technical architectures tailored to client needs. The Solutions Architect will work closely with implementation teams and engineering to ensure effective transaction monitoring implementations.

5+ years experience implementing and supporting complex technical products
Responsibilities
- • Acting as the technical lead on Transaction Monitoring client implementations
- • Conducting technical and architectural overviews of client needs
- • Independently managing the transaction monitoring rule-building process
- • Working closely with Engineering to handle data ingestion
- • Helping to integrate Alloy's API into an app in code
- • Running and handling end to end testing
- • Mentoring other Solutions Architects
- • Supporting development of client reporting and technical documentation
- • Participating in client production readiness and supporting production launches
- • Serving as liaison between Product & Engineering and Professional Services
