Job Overview
Alloy is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Transaction Monitoring, who will be crucial to client success within the Professional Services organization. This role involves managing technical post-sales relationships, proposing solutions, and ensuring client needs are met through effective technical implementations.

Responsibilities
- • Acting as the technical lead on Transaction Monitoring client implementations
- • Conducting technical and architectural overviews of client needs
- • Managing the transaction monitoring rule-building process
- • Working closely with Engineering for data ingestion
- • Integrating Alloy's API into applications
- • Running end to end testing to meet client needs
- • Mentoring other Solutions Architects
- • Developing client reporting, technical documentation, and FAQs
- • Supporting production launches and client readiness
