As a Senior Design Engineer on the Performance Team, you will be responsible for enhancing Sentry's core tracing and application performance experience, merging technical engineering skills with design aesthetics to create compelling user experiences. This role requires collaboration with product management, design, and engineering teams to develop intuitive and performant features.

Responsibilities
- • Develop an understanding of the entire Sentry product and contribute to changes across the codebase
- • Design, implement, and ship new features with a focus on user experience
- • Raise technical and design expertise within the organization through collaboration and mentorship
- • Build and maintain features and reusable components for various product areas
