As a Senior Design Engineer on the Performance Team, you will contribute to the growth of Sentry’s core tracing, debugging, and application performance experience. This role requires a blend of strong technical engineering skills and an eye for design, collaborating closely with other designers, engineers, and product teams to create compelling user experiences.

Experience Level
4+ years in UX or design and 6+ years in engineering
Responsibilities
- • Develop an understanding of the entire Sentry product and contribute to changes across the codebase
- • Work closely with Product Management, Design, and Engineering Leadership to design and implement new features
- • Raise technical and design expertise within the organization through collaboration and mentorship
- • Build and maintain features and reusable components for Explore, Trace View, Insights, Dashboards and adjacent product areas
