We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to help build and scale our AI Claims Guidance software products, contributing to a unified claims platform in the insurance industry. This role offers the opportunity to work with a cross-functional team, tackling complex insurance data challenges while fostering an engineering culture centered around collaboration and technical excellence.

Responsibilities
- • Serve as Technical Lead / Staff Engineer on a Product Engineering team
- • Contribute to the unified claims platform in collaboration with data science and engineering teams
- • Build and maintain the backend REST server for machine learning and BI data
- • Own the lifecycle of designing, building, and launching enterprise applications
- • Work on greenfield projects with high ownership
- • Collaborate with product heads, data science teams, UX designers, and end users
- • Provide technical expertise and introduce best practices
- • Maintain state-of-the-art engineering practices
