- • Nurture a team of passionate engineers and promote collaborative coding
- • Collaborate with various teams to understand users and build the best product
- • Lead engineering meetings including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- • Implement lightweight processes to help the team scale while maintaining agility
