Technical Requirements

Responsibilities

• • Lead the architecture design of backend systems, ensuring high scalability, reliability, and performance.
• • Act as the technical liaison between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring clear communication of technical requirements and goals.
• • Guide offshore development teams by establishing coding standards, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• • Design and manage integration points between backend services, databases, and external systems.
• • Ensure backend systems meet performance targets, implementing improvements when necessary.
• • Conduct regular code reviews, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• • Provide technical leadership on projects, ensuring that offshore teams deliver high-quality, on-time results.
• • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, offering solutions and guidance to offshore teams.
• • Create and maintain architectural documentation, technical specifications, and best practices for offshore development teams.
• • Provide regular updates to senior leadership, translating complex technical issues into clear, actionable information.
