As a Customer Solutions Architect at dbt Labs, you will play a crucial role in helping customers maximize the value of their dbt Cloud deployment. This position involves monitoring customer accounts, leading technical discussions, and providing solutions to data challenges faced by clients. Your efforts will focus on driving customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders while contributing to the development of internal processes and playbooks.
Technical Requirements
Required Skills
- • 2+ years experience in post-sales role
- • strong understanding of modern data warehousing architectures
- • SQL proficiency
- • basic Python competency
Preferred Skills
- • dbt certification
- • prior dbt experience
- • experience with ancillary tools, managing data infrastructure, APIs

Intermediate to Advanced
Responsibilities
- • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers and monitor the health of accounts
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders
- • Educate customers on new and existing dbt Cloud features
- • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects
- • Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions
- • Create and deliver external facing content through various mediums
