Job Overview
As a Customer Solutions Architect II at dbt Labs, you'll play a pivotal role in helping customers maximize their use of dbt Cloud. This involves engaging with clients to address their analytics needs, conducting technical workshops, and ensuring customer satisfaction to encourage renewal and expansion. Your expertise will also contribute to product development by acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Experience Level
2+ years in a post-sales role, such as a technical account manager or data practitioner
Responsibilities
- • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers and monitor account health
- • Improve customer loyalty and retention through strong relationships
- • Increase customer value from dbt Cloud by educating on new products
- • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects
- • Be the voice of the customer in product discussions
- • Participate in the knowledge loop to improve processes and assets
- • Create and deliver external facing content through events and tutorials
