We are looking for a Solutions Engineer who will play a critical role in data onboarding and client relationship management. This position will involve collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality data management and streamline validation operations, making significant contributions to the operational efficiency of our products and services.

Experience Level
5+ years in Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architect roles within enterprise B2B SaaS
Responsibilities
- • Lead data onboarding and data transfer for client implementations
- • Develop and document data onboarding requirements and processes
- • Collaborate with Product, Engineering and ML teams to evolve scalable data onboarding solutions
- • Contribute to the design and maintenance of client data and data architecture
- • Monitor and improve client data health in collaboration with CS and Product teams
- • Provide technical guidance during the sales cycle
- • Support Client custom integrations and scope custom product requests
- • Provide implementation support to ensure successful product utilization
- • Identify opportunities for tools and automation to scale workflows
- • Provide technical triage and escalation oversight as needed
- • Promote data fluency across EIQ
