dbt Labs is seeking an experienced Staff Customer Resident Architect to join their team, driving critical customer outcomes through technical guidance for strategic accounts. This role is high visibility and supports pre-sales, accelerates customer adoption, and mitigates churn risks while ensuring successful integration of dbt Cloud for new customers.

Responsibilities
- • Support strategic pre-sales opportunities with technical expertise
- • Assist in launching and onboarding new customers to dbt Cloud
- • Execute proactive adoption plays, including migrations and feature implementations
- • Lead reactive adoption initiatives to reduce churn risks
- • Advise on architecture, design, implementation, and best practices in dbt Cloud environments
- • Build solution MVPs and guide long-term technical strategies
- • Collaborate with various teams including Customer Solutions Architects and Sales
- • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- • Track and manage capacity and engagement effectiveness
