Experience Level

8+ years of experience as a software engineer, focusing on developer tools and productivity; 5+ years leading engineering projects/programs.

Responsibilities

  • • Enhance the observability posture by implementing best practices and using observability tools.
  • • Define and implement golden paths for service building and develop essential components.
  • • Lead architectural discussions with cross-functional teams.
  • • Develop strategy and roadmap to improve developer experience.
  • • Design, build, and maintain core software tools and libraries.
  • • Provide feedback to enhance development workflows and ensure system reliability.
  • • Communicate technical information and advocate for developer productivity initiatives.
