Job Overview
EquityZen is seeking a collaborative and diligent Senior DevSecOps Engineer to enhance the infrastructure and security posture of its pre-IPO SaaS investment platform. This role involves deploying applications on AWS and Kubernetes, improving CI/CD processes, and ensuring security measures are in place to protect systems and networks.

Responsibilities
- • Deploy and manage applications running on AWS and Kubernetes
- • Maintain and improve CI/CD, monitoring, and other infrastructure tooling
- • Implement and monitor security measures for the protection of systems, networks, and information
- • Lead investigation and response to security incidents
- • Collaborate with engineers to integrate security into development and testing phases
- • Collect and analyze metrics for performance tuning and capacity planning
- • Document DevSecOps processes and configurations
- • Introduce improvements to the stack and workflows via rapid prototypes
- • Monitor and respond to IT requests from employees
- • Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees and contractors
- • Lead system administration and maintenance tasks
