The Fullstack Software Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the core platform used by compensation admins to build and operate sales compensation models, working within a multicultural and collaborative engineering team.

Responsibilities
- • Design, build, optimize, and maintain CaptivateIQ's data and core platform functionality
- • Work across the full product stack to develop and improve product features
- • Participate in the product development process from start to finish
- • Maintain high engineering and security standards
- • Work with engineers across the company to develop and iterate at scale
- • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support
