Responsibilities
- • Develop new platform capabilities and product offerings from design to launch
- • Collaborate with the Product department to define appropriate initiatives
- • Ensure system availability by participating in on-call rotations and addressing support requests
- • Provide guidance to engineers across the organization
- • Engage in continuous improvement discussions and presentations within the engineering organization
