Job Overview

CaptivateIQ is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer for their Integrations & IAM team. The engineering team is multicultural and fully distributed, focused on building innovative products that automate sales performance management. This role involves maintaining the foundation for data integrations, customer-facing APIs, and security features, while also contributing to the development of core functionalities for enterprise customers.

Technical Requirements

Responsibilities

• • Design, build, optimize, and maintain CaptivateIQ's data and core platform functionality
• • Work across the full product stack to develop and improve key product features
• • Actively participate in the product development process from start to finish
• • Maintain high engineering standards and adhere to security best practices
• • Collaborate with engineers across the company to develop and iterate at scale
• • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support
