Job Overview
As a Customer Solutions Architect at dbt Labs in Dublin, you will help customers maximize the value of their dbt Cloud deployments. Collaborating with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects, you'll lead technical discussions, identify data challenges, and conduct live demos to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that dbt Labs continues to build products that solve real customer problems while also being part of a growing team focused on analytics engineering.

Responsibilities
- • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise and Commercial customers
- • Monitor customer account health and product adoption
- • Educate customers on new products and features
- • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects
- • Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions
- • Create and deliver external facing content
