As a Customer Solutions Architect at dbt Labs, you will play a critical role in maximizing the value customers derive from their dbt Cloud deployment. This position requires you to engage with clients to monitor their account health, lead technical discussions, and provide solutions to their data challenges. Your efforts will drive customer satisfaction, foster relationships, and contribute to product development based on customer feedback.

- • Educate customers on new and existing products
- • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects
- • Participate in product discussions and cross-functional activities
- • Create and deliver content through various mediums
