Job Overview
The Customer Solutions Architect at dbt Labs is responsible for maximizing the value of dbt Cloud for customers through technical discussions, live demos, and workshops. This role involves monitoring customer accounts, enhancing product adoption, and driving customer satisfaction to promote renewals and expansions. The individual will also act as the voice of the customer internally, helping to shape product development and customer processes.
Technical Requirements

- • dbt certification
- • prior dbt experience
- • experience with data infrastructure and APIs
Experience Level
2+ years in a post-sales role or as a data practitioner
Responsibilities
- • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise and Commercial customers
- • Monitor the health of accounts, product adoption, and utilization
- • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders
- • Educate customers on new and existing products and features
- • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects
- • Participate in product discussions and cross-functional activities
- • Create and deliver external facing content
