Technical Requirements

Responsibilities

• • Lead full-stack application development, integrating Python backends with modern front-end frameworks
• • Design and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based chatbots
• • Develop collaborative apps on platforms like Microsoft Teams and Viva
• • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business, operations, and design teams
• • Write secure, reusable, and testable code, enforce best practices, and participate in code reviews
• • Mentor and guide developers, lead team discussions, and manage GitHub repositories
• • Communicate technical concepts effectively to leadership and stakeholders
