CaptivateIQ is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join its International Software Engineering Team. The company is renowned for its Sales Performance Management solution that helps revenue teams automate processes and achieve their targets. As part of a multicultural and collaborative team, you will play a key role in building and optimizing the core platform that enables sales compensation models.

4+ years experience in a software engineering role
Responsibilities
- • Design, build, optimize, and maintain CaptivateIQ's data and core platform functionality
- • Work across the full product stack to develop and improve product features
- • Participate in the product development process from start to finish
- • Maintain high engineering and security standards and continuously improve our codebases and processes
- • Work with engineers across the company to develop and iterate at scale
- • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support
