EvolutionIQ is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and oversee its engineering organization in the Insurtech and AI/ML SaaS space. The successful candidate will drive daily project execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions while maintaining operational excellence. This role involves technical leadership, program management, and people management, with a focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the engineering teams.

• • Lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers through mentorship, feedback, and career development.
• • Provide technical guidance and ensure architectural and code quality standards are met.
• • Support design and code reviews, ensuring engineering best practices are followed.
• • Own the end-to-end execution of engineering projects, from planning to delivery.
• • Establish and enforce repeatable processes for sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.
• • Inspire a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
